This Langflow flow turns the "deal won" moment into a clean, reliable onboarding kickoff. When a new customer signs, the workflow creates a dedicated Slack channel, notifies finance and operations stakeholders, and drafts a welcome email with clear next steps. It standardizes handoffs, reduces missed tasks, and helps teams start implementation faster with consistent communication.

How it works

This Langflow flow implements an automated deal-to-onboarding handoff.

It starts by receiving a won-deal event (from a CRM, form, or webhook) that includes customer details, key contacts, contract scope, start dates, and internal owners. Parsing components normalize this payload into a consistent structure.

A provisioning stage creates a Slack channel using a predictable naming convention and posts an onboarding kickoff message that includes customer context, owners, and immediate action items.

A coordination stage notifies finance and operations teams (via Slack and/or email) with the information they need to begin billing setup, implementation planning, and resource allocation. The flow can include checklists or structured fields so handoffs are unambiguous.

A customer communication stage drafts a welcome email that introduces the onboarding plan, proposes kickoff scheduling, and summarizes what will happen next. The output is designed to be reviewed quickly and sent with minimal edits.

Finally, the workflow emits structured output that can be logged in the CRM or an internal tracker to ensure each onboarding step is auditable and repeatable.
