This Langflow flow automates the entry of contact information and lead details into CRM systems by validating input data, researching company details, and enriching profiles with technographics and social media profiles. The system reduces manual data entry time while ensuring consistent accuracy and completeness. Langflow's visual interface allows you to build this data processing pipeline quickly without extensive coding, connecting data validation, research tools, and output formatting through an intuitive drag-and-drop system.
How it works
This Langflow flow creates a CRM data enrichment system that processes lead conversion data through an AI agent with web research capabilities.
The flow starts with a webhook component that receives JSON payloads containing lead conversion information from external CRM systems. This data gets converted from its raw format into a message that can be processed by the AI agent. The webhook serves as the entry point for CRM data that needs to be enriched with additional information.
The core processing happens through an AI agent powered by OpenAI's GPT-4o model. This agent receives detailed instructions to validate contact information, research company details, and enhance lead profiles with additional data points. The agent has access to two key tools: a Google search API for finding company information and firmographics, and a URL fetcher for extracting detailed content from web pages and following links to gather comprehensive data.
The agent outputs enriched CRM records that include the original lead data plus additional fields like normalized contact information, company technographics, social media profiles, and calculated lead scores. The system preserves the original data structure while adding an "enrichedData" section containing all the newly gathered information. This enriched data flows to a chat output component that formats and displays the results for review or further processing.

The flow can be extended using other Langflow components like API Request nodes to automatically update CRM systems with enriched data, Smart Router components to route leads based on enrichment results, or Data Operations nodes to transform and clean the enriched data before storage. You can also integrate with external tools using Composio bundles to update spreadsheets, send notifications, or trigger follow-up workflows. For file-based inputs, Read File components can process uploaded lead lists, while Global Variables can store API keys and configuration settings securely. The completed flow can be deployed and accessed programmatically through API endpoints for integration with existing business systems.
