How it works

This Langflow flow implements an account-data-to-EBR pipeline.

It starts by ingesting structured and semi-structured account signals (usage metrics, adoption milestones, support volume and sentiment, renewal context, and stakeholder notes). Normalization components map inputs to a consistent schema so the narrative is repeatable across accounts.
